Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We prioritize connection and emotional regulation, helping our clients build the skills and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and ease.

Caitlin Clouse, LCSW

Hi, I’m Caitlin Clouse, and I have been working in the field of social work for over 10 years. I began my career as an in-home service provider supporting children and their families, walking alongside them through difficult seasons, complex conversations, and everyday challenges in both academic and community settings.

Over time, my work naturally evolved into the clinical setting, where I continued supporting children and families while also expanding my practice to include individuals navigating life transitions, grief, and trauma.

I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate, individualized therapeutic experience rooted in connection and emotional safety. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy and Family Therapy to help clients better understand themselves and strengthen their ability to regulate their nervous systems.

My goal is to support each person in building practical skills, resilience, and confidence so they can navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.

Therapy

New to therapy? No worries. Schedule a free 20 minute consultation to explore whether therapy is the next journey for you. This is a great opportunity to ask your questions, address any concerns you have about starting therapy, and get to know the practice to see if it is the right fit for you.

Ready to start? Great. Your first session is where we explore what brought you to therapy and develop a goal to focus on. From there on we decide how often we meet and let the therapeutic process take over from there.

This is a unique opportunity for families to come together and build their communication skills. There are several different approaches that can be taken with family therapy, but most importantly every family member will feel heard and respected. It is our role to support each individual while assisting in developing the family system.

No matter what chapter of the relationship you and your partner are in, therapy can be there to enhance it and allow it to blossom to its fullest potential. Through open communication, agreed upon goals, and out of office assignments to enhance your quality time together and learn each others love languages.

This service is child-centered, focused on their interests, and drawing upon their interest to work on emotional and social skills. Play therapy is tailored to each child’s developmental capacity. Whether your child is neurodivergent or experiencing difficulties with their emotional regulation, problem solving skills, social skills, and confidence, play therapy is a great way to connect with a child and assist them in developing in those areas.

I am a certified DIR Floortime Basic 201 provider. This type of therapy is focused on but not limited to the ASD population. This modality focuses on meaningful connection and engagement in order to stretch children’s skills and enhance those skills organically.

Do you have a child or teen that is experiencing difficulty with their emotional regulation? Communication skills? Decision making skills? Social skills? Or are they stressed with the weight of the world? No worries. We will meet you child exactly where they are at, and in an environment where they feel free to express themselves. Society has changed drastically, and being a child in this world is not easy. There is pressure to perform in school, extra curricular activities, and socially. Their minds are exposed to more than they are ready to handle, which is why this generation has been labeled the “anxious generation.” It is not their fault. There is no time to just be a kid anymore. But, we can assist them in slowing down their thoughts, finding a better balance in the things they value, and build their self-esteem and regulation systems to feel content and safe.
